What is the weather is bad?

Weather rescheduling has no fee, however, we are practiced at transforming the picnic into an indoor picnic if you so choose. Also, if the ground is just wet, we have great outdoor spots with concrete bases, uneffected by wet ground.

What is your cancelation policy?

Your deposit is non-refundable, but the rest of the balance is refundable if you cancel within three days of your picnic

Do you have food with the picnic?

We have ceased making charcuterie ourselves but have an amazing list of vendors to chose from! If you have a particular vision, please contact Hannah and she’ll connect you to someone who can make that happen!

How far in advance do I need to book?

We don’t have a policy, but the picnic tables are first come first serve

What if I have a large event?

We can accommodate up to 50 people at a picnic, so inquire today about your larger events!

Can I have alcohol at my picnic?

You are free to bring alcohol to any picnic at a private space. Also, Bayou Boards can suggest wine and cheese pairings!

Can I bring my own food and decor?

You can certainly bring your own food, but we ask that you leave your decor at home. That’s why you hired us!
