Do you have a venue?

Magical Moments does not have a venue for events. However, we can recommend a few local places to host your party or event.

What if you don’t have the character I want?

If the character that you want is not featured, please contact the page. It may be possible for us to work with you. We take seriously requests when adding new characters.

Can I buy a package for an event?

Magical Moments loves to do events! If your organization, church, or company wishes to create a royal event, contact the page to create the details. We’ve partnered with craft companies, churches, employee parties, game centers, school events, festivals, and more.

 

What if I have to reschedule?

Rescheduling is free if done within a week of the original date.

 

What if I have to cancel the party?

Your deposit of $50 of the package is non-refundable, however the outstanding balance will be refunded.

 

What if I live far away?

We do travel for parties, but we charge $1 per mile of the total trip if the trip is outside of a 15 mile radius from our center in South Lake Charles or our center in Lafayette. For example, if you live 30 miles outside of our center, it will be a $30 travel fee PER CHARACTER. We do not often travel more than 40 miles from our centers, but you can always ask!
